I'm Reena — I help charities, philanthropists and purpose-led organisations build trust-based, story-driven marketing and communications that lead to real-world impact.
With 10+ years’ experience, I bring a unique end-to-end perspective—from global agencies, to in-house teams, to front-line delivery. I’m a strategic and creative Marketing & Communications generalist, who can lead strategy and roll up my sleeves to deliver (often both), making me a strong partner for lean teams with big goals.
I have also led global ways-of-working transformation, turning marketing and communications strategies into practical, inclusive processes across teams. My work includes hands-on delivery, from upskilling global teams to the design and build of digital and case management systems used by front-line social workers, helping to communicate sensitive projects in-country and across global teams.
It is very important to me to be able to work across global and multicultural contexts, navigating regional, cultural and organisational differences to ensure ways of working are effective, respectful and locally relevant, without losing strategic coherence.
